What you’ll be doing:

You will be responsible for managing and automating our test and production operation based in Seattle on Google Cloud Services and AWS. You will automate the installation, configuration and deployment of our software. We will rely on your skills with networking, servers, mobile devices, build and test automation, and scripting to keep our dev team and global operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:

• Design and develop scripts to automate installation, configuration and deployment of software, OS’s, Network configuration and more.
• Design and develop scripts to automate testing and verification of builds
• Design and develop software build and environment configuration automation
• Manage lab equipment inventory
• Procure new equipment and software to stay on top of new technology
• Configure network equipment, such as Cisco routers and Switches
• Document procedures for maintaining equipment labs
• Troubleshoot lab network configuration problems

Qualifications

• 3 + years of DevOps and Tools Engineer experience with a background in Systems Administration
• 3+ years managing lab automation
• Proficient in automation, expert in making things repeatable and simple
• Experience with scripting languages, such as Ruby, Perl, Python, Bash, Awk, PHP
• Experience implementing build configuration tools, such as Jenkins, Git, SVN, Ant, Chef, Puppet,
• Experience administrating Cisco Networking equipment
• Experience administrating Apple Mac dev machines is a plus
• Agile development environment experience
• B.S. in Computer Science or related discipline

• Experience setting up, configuring and administrating
• VMWare, HyperV, etc.
• Databases such as SQL Server/MySQL
• Cloud Databases such as Big Table, Cloud SQL, MondoDB
• Google, AWS, Rackspace or other Clouds
• Experience building iOS, Android app and deploying in various app stores
