This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how personal information about you is collected, used and disclosed by autoGraph Inc. (“autoGraph”) when you use any website, mobile website, web browser plug-in or applications of autoGraph that links to this Policy (collectively the “Sites”).
We reserve the right to change the provisions of this Policy at any time. We will alert you that changes have been made by updating the “Last Revised” date at the top of the Policy. We encourage you to review this Policy from time to time to make sure that you understand how any personal information you provide will be used and shared.
What is Personal Information?
As used herein, the term “personal information” means at least information that specifically identifies an individual (such as a name, address, telephone number, mobile number, e-mail address or credit card number) or information about an individual that is directly linked to personally identifiable information. Personal information does not include “aggregate” information, which is data we collect about the use of the autoGraph Sites or about a group or category of services or users, from which individual identities or other personal information has been removed. This Policy in no way restricts or limits our collection, use and disclosure of aggregate information.
What information do we collect?
Active Collection
We collect information from you in various ways when you use our Sites. For example, we collect information you voluntarily provide to us, such as when you create an account or advertar(s), provide comments about specific brands or stores, send us an email, fill out a form or request information. Such information may include personal information, such as your name, email address, photos, brand preferences, information about the ads you like, dislike, click on, save and/or share with others, and other contact information you choose to provide. We necessarily need to look at URL’s of sites you visit to enable Cloaking on those you have registered for. We do not collect any URL data for sites you have not enabling Cloaking for. We may also collect your location information, demographic information and information about your brand preferences if you choose to provide such information. We may also have access to the email text and metadata of emails you send and receive when you are using autoGraph’s cloaked ID/email addresses (even when emails are delivered to your actual email address).
Passive Collection
When you use our Sites, some information may also be automatically collected, such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address, unique device identifier (“UDID”), browser type, browser language, and access times etc. We may also automatically collect your location information if you consent to such collection. We may treat the foregoing information as personal information if we combine it with or link it to any of the identifying information mentioned above. Otherwise, it may be used in the aggregate only.
We may automatically collect certain information through the use of cookies or other information collection technologies that enable us to collect certain information and monitor user activity. Among other things, cookies help us improve our Sites and your experience. If we link cookies to any personally identifying information, may treat this information as personal information. If you wish to block, erase, or be warned of cookies, please
refer to your browser manufacturer or manufacturer of other related software to learn about these functions. However, if you choose to remove or reject cookies, this could affect certain features or services of our Sites.
How do we use the Personal Information we collect?
We may use the personal information we collect for the purposes described in this Policy or for purposes elsewhere on our Sites. For example, we may

Performance of a contract: autoGraph must process your personal information in order to be able to provide you with the Sites or functionality you requested;

Legitimate interests: The processing is necessary for autoGraph to conduct our business (e.g., direct marketing), but not when autoGraph’s interests are overridden by your interests or rights;

Consent: You given autoGraph permission to process your personal information for a specific purpose such as providing you the Sites (you may withdraw consent at anytime);

Public information: autoGraph may process personal information which you or others have already made public;

Legal claims: The processing of your personal information is necessary defence or assertion of legal claims;

Legal obligation: autoGraph may be required to process your personal information by applicable law; and/or

What Personal Information do we share with Third Parties?
We will not share the personal information we collect from you with third parties, except as described in this Policy. For example, we may share
personal information as follows:

when you give us your consent to do so, including if we notify you in the Sites that the information you provide will be shared in a particular

in an aggregated or anonymized form that does not directly identify you (e.g., we may share aggregated information about your interests and
geographic preferences and/or location if given, with advertisers and third party deal sites for marketing purposes, but we will not share personal
information with these parties without your consent); -

comply with the law or legal processes or respond to lawful requests or legal authorities, including responding to lawful subpoenas, warrants or court orders; -
when we believe in good faith that we are lawfully authorized or required to do so or that doing so is reasonably necessary or appropriate to
protect the rights, property or safety of autoGraph, our users, our employees or others, including without limitation to protect autoGraph and our users
from fraudulent, abusive, inappropriate or unlawful use of our Sites; -
to enforce or apply this Policy, our Terms of Use or our other policies or agreements; and

in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing or acquisition, or in any other situation where
personal information may be disclosed or transferred as one of our business assets.
You understand that when you use the Sites, information you post in any profile, comments, forums and other interactive features of the Sites, as well
as any information you share with individuals through the mobile application or through social network sites, will be available to other users and in
some cases may be publicly available (e.g., when you choose to display an ad you “like” on Facebook or Twitter).
We are not responsible for the actions of Service Providers or other third parties, nor are we responsible for any additional information you provide
directly to any third parties, and we encourage you to become familiar with their privacy practices before disclosing information directly to any such
parties. Nothing herein restricts the sharing/selling of aggregated or anonymized information, which may be shared/sold with third parties without your
consent.
Links to other Websites
Our Sites contain links to third party websites. For example, when you click on third-party advertisements, deals, promotions and offers we provide to
you (collective “Offers”), you may be taken to the website for the company that is making such Offer. Any personal information you provide to a third
party website is provided directly to that third party and is subject to that third party’s privacy policy. This Policy does not apply to third party
websites, and we are not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices and policies of those websites. We encourage you to learn about
third parties’ privacy and security practices and policies before providing them with personal information.
What Steps Do We Take To Protect Your Information Online?
We take reasonable measures to help protect your personal information in an effort to prevent loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure,
alteration and destruction. We typically retain Personal Information/User Content for seven (7) years after the end of autoGraph’s relationship with you or until it is no longer needed for the purposes it was collected for (e.g., autoGraph’s internal purposes or legal record keeping obligations).

Depending on applicable law in your jurisdiction, you may have several rights regarding your information:

You may “opt out” of receiving marketing or promotional emails from us by following the instructions in those emails or by emailing us at
comments@auto-graph.com. If you opt out, we may still send you non-promotional emails, such as emails about your
account or our ongoing business relations.
You may opt out of further collection of your location information and if applicable-assert your rights above by emailing comments@auto-graph.com. We will need to verify your identity to prevent fraud.
If applicable, you may register a complaint about autoGraph’s handing of personal data with the UK ICO who is the supervisory authority for the European Union General Data Protection Regulation: http://www.ico.org.uk/concerns
